She always told us to wait for “our house” and then we go after it. And that is exactly what we did, she was able to negotiate the BEST price for us and got us our dream house for an awesome price. She is not only a pleasure to work with, but she is very knowledgeable about the Atlanta area. Dealing with Allison was an excellent experience. I met Allison as she was the Seller’s Realtor when I first purchased the unit in 2018; two years later, due to work relocation and as I needed a Realtor, I contacted Allison. As I was months ahead of schedule since my relocation would not happen for three months, Allison still took the time to meet with me, talk about strategies and remained in contact until I was ready for the unit to go on the market. Prior to listing the unit, Allison and I worked on a drone video of the property which would hopefully help (one should really request the link and see how Allison was wonderful). In addition, the photographer was of the outmost professionalism; the pictures were outstanding. From the time the unit was listed until closing, Allision was always one step ahead with new ideas to move the unit as fast as possible. As selling a property is always a stressful time, I could always depend of Allison to help me understand and/or make appropriate choices. Her availablitiy is amazing; text mesasges, voice mails and/or emails are answered in a timely manner. I highly recommend Allison for anyone’s realtor needs. My experience was exceptional and would surely contact her again in the future if other realty needs occur.
